Mr. Uzzal Kumar Saha has distinguished career spanning which include financial management, corporate governance, and multi-industry operational leadership. As a Qualified Associate Chartered Secretary (ACS) and legal professional, he bridges the gap between regulatory compliance and corporate strategy. His expertise encompasses restructuring distressed businesses, managing publicly listed company portfolios, and guiding top-tier merchant banking institutions through complex economic cycles.

As Chairman of Prime Finance Capital Management Limited, Mr. Saha provides strategic leadership and guidance with a focus on sound corporate governance, financial discipline, sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Apart from that he has professional work experience in different corporate house such as GQ Group, The Westin Dhaka, Libra Infusions Ltd, SWAN Group, Maladesh International (Pvt) Ltd in different capacities. Currently, He is serving as Managing Director of GQ Ball Pen Industries Limited.

In his professional journey, Mr. Saha was associated as member with some prominent organization of capital market of Bangladesh. He was the member of Dhaka Regional Chapter of ICSB at DRC-ICSB and EC Committee Member at Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies.

He is a widely traveled person and visited many countries in the world for business purpose. Mr. Saha is actively engaged with the community supporting numerous institutions, organization and overall social development related activities.
